EzFlow is a subscription-based SaaS offering business automation features like invoicing, payments, scheduling, and review collection.

2. Account Usage

You agree to provide accurate information and use the platform for lawful business activities only. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse or misuse our services.

3. Payment and Billing

EzFlow currently offers a free trial period for new users to explore the platform. Once our paid plans are introduced, all billing will be handled securely via third-party payment gateways.

Final pricing, subscription tiers, and payment terms will be clearly communicated prior to any charges. No payments will be processed without user consent. Refunds will only be considered in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

4. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of your business and client data. However, by using EzFlow, you grant us the right to use anonymized data for product improvement and AI training.

5. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned downtime or outages will be communicated in advance where possible.

6. Termination

You may cancel your subscription anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved in Malaysian courts.
